Our service advisor Paloma was amazing from the get go, we called with a/c problems she assisted us by setting us up with an appointment first thing in the morning next day . I arrived and she was the first smile we saw bright and early took in our vehicle said the technicians would get right on it and WOW they did!! Not even a few hrs later problem was diagnosed and completed, new air compressor and ready for pick up. We’ve never received service that exceptional at any other dealership and will continue to take our business to Tipton Hyundai Brownsville.

Paloma was excellent. She took care of me as soon as I arrived. The service was great and I was out of there in no time. She made sure I was happy with the oil change. They rotated the tires and took care of the recall. I will definitely return for future work of my Santa Cruz if needed!

During maintenance it was discovered that I additional repairs were needed. He guide and advise me to the ones that need it to be done and the ones they could wait. Making the experience very pleasant. You need to hire more people like Josh and Robert both very professional 👏

I bought my 2025 Hyundai Santa Cruz at Tipton Hyundai because they offered me a much better deal than my local dealer, Hyundai of Pharr. Even though Tipton is an hour-long, 60-mile drive from my house, their service department just proved exactly why making the trip is 100% worth it. I originally brought my vehicle in to get my windshield replaced. They handled it perfectly and completely free of charge, honoring the windshield protection plan I added when I purchased the vehicle. But what really blew me away was their incredible attention to detail. I had been dealing with a tire issue and thought my tire pressure monitor was just malfunctioning. I had actually taken my car to Hyundai of Pharr twice specifically for this issue. Hyundai of Pharr truly sucks. Their so-called "trained professionals" were absolutely zero help—they didn't find a thing, and I honestly doubt they even bothered to check if something was actually stuck in the tire. While my car was at Tipton for the windshield, their technicians found a nail in my front right tire and went ahead and patched it for me—without me even asking or mentioning the tire. They proactively found and fixed a problem that my local
